Spring Shoot-Out 2024

Mark The Date! May 18th is our 22nd annual Spring Shootout Tournament!!!  

This event has grown to be our biggest tournament of the year and it's a great way to start off the season! The event encompasses inshore and offshore fishing with Bluefin Tuna, Yellowtail, White Sea Bass and Halibut all in play!

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Wednesday: May 1st 2024
• 5:00 pm. Early Bird drawing deadline.


Thursday: May 16th 2024
• 6:00 pm. Captain’s Meeting at The Marlin Club, 2445 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego, CA


Friday: May 17th 2024
• 5:30 pm. Final Registration at The Marlin Club, 2445 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego, CA


Saturday: May 18th 2024
• 3:00 am. Lines In.
• 6:00 pm. Lines Out.
• 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Weigh Station is open located at The Marlin Club, 2445 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego, CA. (All fish must be brought for official weighing to The Marlin Club in the boat they were caught, by water only)


Sunday: May 19th 2024
• 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. Awards celebration at The Marlin Club, 2445 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego, CA. A meal is provided to Participants as part of Tournament Entry, also available to purchase for non-Participants.
